The service was exceptional, with a warm and welcoming staff that went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location in a vibrant shopping district is perfect for those attending events at the nearby convention center. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms, although without balconies, are well-equipped with comfortable beds. The included breakfast, with its cooked-to-order omelets, is a definite highlight.

This hotel provided excellent value for money. The location is ideal in a great shopping district and very convenient for events we had during the convention. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed with basic amenities, and the breakfast included cooked-to-order omelets.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference at the attached convention center, and I was very impressed. The location is excellent for both shopping and sports, with many restaurants, a large mall, and other shops nearby. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and provided a quieter environment, which was great for getting a good night's sleep. The basic amenities were all there, and I especially appreciated the pullout double bed in my room. The breakfast was delicious, with cooked-to-order omelettes and plenty of other options to choose from.
All was great, no complaints at all.

valet staff watched as I unloaded my car and sat my grandchildren on a bench with the suitcases. Never came to help me!!! Room was not very clean, sticky spot on carpet, chair was sticky. Couch was awful...not impressed at all with hotel. At breakfast buffet, as soon as we got our food they were tearing down the buffet before 9 a.m. Guests were in line to get food. Food staff was throwing and banging chafing dishes and bowls around. Dining area was fairly full while this was going on. I thought breakfast was served until 10:00!

Non-smoking room on 12th floor smelled of terrible smoke. Most like because it is directly above smoky bar area. It was awful to smell smoke during my stay.
